Everything, on every step.

Which pools count?

The higher of two numbers: pools that received at least one visit with a photo in the month that just ended, and pools active on your routes today. Suspending on the 30th changes nothing — the visits already happened. Adding 200 pools on the 2nd changes the price right away. Repair-only addresses without route days do not count.

When does my step change?

On the 1st of each month we recount and set the step for the new month. Adding pools mid-month raises the step right away — you pay only the prorated difference for the days left, with a Stripe receipt. Fewer pools lower the step on the 1st. Never retroactive.

Where do I pay?

On zaprouteapp.com, by card, through Stripe. Never inside the app. Change your card, see invoices or cancel from the same place, anytime.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly, cancel anytime. USD; sales tax calculated at checkout where it applies. Annual with two months free comes later.
